Adebayo Ogunlesi

Adebayo Ogunlesi "is Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Client Officer of Credit Suisse, based in New York. He is a member of Credit Suisse's executive board and management council, and chairs the firm's chairman's board. Previously, Ogunlesi was the global head of investment banking. Since joining the firm in 1983, he has advised clients on strategic transactions and financings in a broad range of industries and has worked on transactions around the world. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he was an attorney in the corporate practice group of the New York law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He also served as a law clerk to Associate Justice Thurgood Marshall of the U.S. Supreme Court. Ogunlesi earned bachelor's degree with first-class honors at the University of Oxford, a J.D. magna cum laude at Harvard Law School and an MBA at Harvard Business School." [1]
