Biographical Information

"Adrian Cruden is currently Joint Head of Human Resources with the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. He has worked in HR for 25 years, originally in the mutual building society sector and then in the third sector, including roles in social housing in Bradford and with the Scope disability charity.

"Adrian has also been involved in a range of campaigning work in sustainable overseas development, international trade justice, disability rights and community environmental initiatives. He has been previously an education officer for the former NALGO union, through which he gained his initial personnel qualifications. He is currently a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Masters in Industrial Relations & Employment Law from Keele University." [1]
