Anthony Rodale "is responsible for the long-term strategy and direction of The Rodale Institute, which is dedicated to making connections between the health of soil, food and people. For more than 15 years, Anthony has been an accomplished international photographer, traveling the world documenting the connections of soil, food and people, and showing how people grow, eat, market and trade food in a sustainable way. Anthony's work has been published in numerous books, newspapers and magazines. His last exhibition was in Kyoto, Japan. Anthony is on the Board of Rodale Inc. publishing, the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA) and The American Forum for Global Education. Anthony holds a B.S. degree from the Brooks Institute of Photography and Business, Santa Barbara, CA. He resides in Allentown, PA." [1]
