(ANI)... We consider this a very attractive investment opportunity, added Muneer Satter of Goldman Sachs." [1]

In DEcember 2010 "announced today that the firm and its co-investors have completed the sale of Atkins Nutritional Holdings, Inc. ("Atkins"). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed...Atkins is being sold to private equity firm Roark Capital Group and its affiliates." [2]
