Biography

Bill Corigall was a researcher in Canada. He confirmed Victor DeNoble's study concluded in 1989 that nicotine binds to brain receptors, causes biochemical reactions, can be blocked by pharmacological agents, and is associated with behavioral changes and neuro-endocrine changes (N. Brautbar 4/30/94; C. Weissman memo). In 1990, Corrigal published a study in Canada that says that nicotine affects dopamine in brain. He confirms DeNoble studies (V. DeNoble 5/26/94). He apparently published a study in Canada which confirms Victor DeNoble's finding that nicotine affects the same part of the brain as acetaldehyde (V. DeNoble 5/26/94).
