BlueStone Television is a Kansas-based company which owns stations in California, Montana, Tennessee and Texas. [1]
It was formed by Sandy DiPasquale and Providence Equity Partners. Its first acquisition was a group of 12 stations from Lamco Communications Inc. [2]
