Professor Brian Lepard, "an international human rights law specialist, is associate professor of law at the University of Nebraska. He was the editor of the Yale Journal of International Law and has served at the United Nations office of the Baha'i International Community. His most recent book, titled Rethinking Humanitarian Intervention: A Fresh Legal Approach Based on Fundamental Ethical Principles in International Law and World Religions, is available from Penn State University Press."
