Brian Noyes is the Regional Director for the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Southeast Region [1], and a longtime public relations consultant for the Republican Party, and GOP-linked public relations firms.

Career

Prior to working at HUD, Brian Noyes appears to have worked exclusively in public relations and/or for the Republican Party. He appears to have had no background in public housing.

From February 1999 to March 2001, Noyes worked as a government and public policy consultant at the DCI Group in Columbus, Ohio [3]. The DCI Group is a Republican lobbying company, which has worked hard on behalf of the military junta in Burma to rehabilitate it with the West, despite its appalling human rights record.

From April 2001 to March 2002, Noyes was deputy political director for campaign operations at the Republican National Committee [4].

According to a listing of his campaign contributions at opensecrets.org, Brian Noyes worked for the Public Affairs department in Solvay Pharmaceuticals in July 2002 [5].

Brian Noyes was appointed Regional Director for the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Southeast Region on October 11th 2002 [6].

Brian Noyes helps launch 'Compassion Across America' campaign

In his role as Director of Delegate and Caucus for the Republican National Convention, Brian Noyes helped to launch the Compassion Across America volunteering campaign in July 2004. The timing, coinciding with the start of the Democratic National Convention, was widely seen as a spoiler PR operation.
