Brinker International is the world's second largest casual-dining restaurant company behind Darden Restaurants. Its main brand is Chili's Grill & Bar but it also has the Italian-themed Romano's Macaroni Grill. Smaller chains are On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and Maggiano's Little Italy. Its restaurants are located in some 20 countries. [1]
