Cheryl Ragsdale was an attorney with the law firm of Hunton & Williams and was outside litigation counsel for Philip Morris circa 1998. She provided legal analysis and advice to Philip Morris in regards to deprivilege issues in the Oklahoma Attorney General litigation circa 1998.[1]
