Christine Donohue worked for Philip Morris Corporate Affairs Department in PM's 120 Park Ave., New York City office circa 1990-1997 and was in charge of grassroots mobilization. She was often identified in PM documents as "Chris Donahue."

Chris Donahue was the editor of the PM newsletter Tapgram, the communication conduit for PM's Tobacco Action Program, a program designed to mobilize PM's and its associated employees to fight for smokers rights by engaging in grassroots mobilization programs.
