Biographical Information
Clara was appointed to the Legal & General "Board in June 2009. She is also a non-executive director of Nomura Europe Holdings Plc, Nomura International Plc and Amadeus IT Holdings S.A. Former roles and directorships include: Chief Executive of London Stock Exchange, non-executive director of LCH. Clearnet, Euroclear and Fortis." [1]
