"Claudia oversees the operational governance of Demos and shapes our research and communications strategy with the Demos Trustees. She also oversees the intellectual output of the Public Services and Welfare research programme, securing grant funding from the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, the Barrow Cadbury Trust, the True Colours Trust, Forces in Mind Trust and the Paul Hamlyn Foundation to carry out a range of research, evaluations and pilot projects...Before joining Demos in 2009, Claudia was Head of Policy and Research at the Resolution Foundation. Previously she spent 5 years at the Social Market Foundation as a research fellow working on early years policy, social mobility and education reform, and was seconded to the Prime Minister's strategy unit to work on the Education and Inspection Bill."[1]
