Biographical Information
"Constance Pechura, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Treatment Research Institute (TRI) in Philadelphia, which is dedicated to bringing science to the practice of addiction treatment. Prior to her appointment at TRI in 2006, she was a Senior Program Officer at The Robert Wood Johnson (RWJ) Foundation and a member of the senior staff at the Institute of Medicine/ National Academies of Science where she directed a number of studies in health sciences policy, neuroscience and behavioral health."[1]
