Cyber threats have not, until now, been used as a war weapon. The United States does possess airborne equipment which can disrupt enemy communication and Radar systems. Recently a real advance in virus propagation technique has been discovered by the virus 'Sasser' which did propagate in just a few days through hundreds of thousands of insecure Microsoft based computers connected to the Internet, without being sent in E-mails.
