Daniel A. Carp Eastman Kodak Company former Chairman and CEO. [1]

Mr. Carp, was elected a Director of Liz Claiborne Inc. "in March 2006. Mr. Carp resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Eastman Kodak (“Kodak”), positions he held from 2000, on June 1, 2005 and December 31, 2005 respectively, in connection with his planned retirement on January 1, 2006. During his tenure at Kodak, Mr. Carp served in various executive positions, including, being elected to the Kodak Board of Directors in 1997; as President from 1997 to 2003; as Chief Operating Office from 1997-2000. Mr. Carp is also on the Board of Directors of Texas Instruments Incorporated, a consumer electronics company, and Norfolk Southern Corp., a freight transportation company. Mr. Carp is also a member of The Business Council and the Sloan Dean’s Advisory Council, as well as the board of trustees of the George Eastman House. Mr. Carp's current term as a Director expires in 2009." [2]
