David Henry Goff, Ph.D. was a Communications Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi, and was an Industry Expert for the Defense in the state of Mississippi's case against the tobacco industry.

Biography

Dr. Goff has a Ph.D. in Communication Studies, including the study of Mass Communication, Marketing, Social Psychology and Public Opinion. For the past 22 years he has taught the primary media effects course in the Graduate Program in Communication at the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Goff has published in the areas of children's television advertising regulation and the use of media to communicate health related information to selected publics.
