David Nastro

Mr. Nastro "is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley, a global financial institution. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1992 and is responsible for working with the Firm's power, water and utility clients. He has worked in both Hong Kong and New York on a range of strategic advisory and financing assignments for U.S. corporations and municipalities, multinational conglomerates and governments.

"Mr. Nastro has a BA in political science from Amherst College and a Masters of philosophy degree in international relations from Cambridge University." [1]

He is on the board of trustees of Freedom House.
