Denise F. Keane is Philip Morris Associate General Counsel. She also served on PM's Board of Directors. She was Senior Vice President of Philip Morris Worldwide Regulatory Affairs and Associate General Counsel of Philip Morris Management Corporation (PMMC) circa February, 2000. By April 2001, Keane was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Philip Morris USA. She worked at their offices at 120 Park Ave., New York, New York. [1] In 2007, she was Executive Vice President and General Counsel[2]
