Diebold Accuvote voting machines are built by Diebold Election Systems, a subsidiary of Diebold Inc. and are used in Cuyahoga County, OH, US, Franklin County, OH, US, all over FL, US and many other states. [1]

Ralph Nader and Peter Camejo who ran as independent candidates in the U.S. presidential election, 2004 have also requested a hand recount of the vote in New Hampshire (NH, US) because of reports of anomalies favoring "George W. Bush" in towns that used this system. A hand recount would either rule out the possibility of machine error or show a discrepancy between the Diebold machines and the actual vote - and is the only way to resolve the issue. votenader.org
