Front group organizing activity

EIS Solutions organized Environmentally Conscious Consumers for Oil Shale, a front group for the energy industry and gas drilling interests in Colorado.[4]

It was reported that former Colorado State Senator Josh Penry, a Republican who lost a bid to become Governor, accepted a job with EIS Solutions after the 2010 election.[5][6]
