Eamonn Butler

Eamonn Butler (1952-) is director of the Adam Smith Institute, which he co-founded with his brother, Stuart Butler, and Madsen Pirie in 1977.

A biographical note states that Butler has "degrees in philosophy, economics and psychology, and is author of academic books on the work of three of this century's leading economists, as well as co-author of a number of books on intelligence and IQ testing."[1]
