Edetaen Ojo "is Executive Director of Media Rights Agenda, an NGO registered in Nigeria, which works to promote media freedom and freedom of expression. He holds a Bachelors degree in English Studies from the University of Ife in Nigeria and a Masters degree in International Journalism from City University, London in the UK. He also holds a diploma in NGO Management from Galillee College in Israel and is a former Visiting Media Fellow at the DeWitt Wallace Center for Communications and Journalism at Duke University in North Carolina, USA.

"Mr. Ojo has been a journalist for 20 years and has worked extensively in various areas in the field of human rights. He has monitored elections in Nigeria since 1998 and has also monitored presidential and parliamentary elections in Benin Republic and Liberia. He is a founding member of the Electoral Reform Network (ERN) and has been involved in advocacy for electoral reform in Nigeria since 2001." [1]
