Eric M. DeMarco "is President and Chief Executive Officer of Kratos. DeMarco joined the Company in November, 2003 as President and Chief Operating Officer, and assumed the role of CEO in April of 2004. Prior to Mr. DeMarco joining Kratos (formerly WFI—Nasdaq: WFII), Kratos had no business with the U.S. Department of Defense or other federal government agencies. As CEO, DeMarco has direct responsibility for all corporate operational activities at Kratos and oversees the federal and non-federal divisions of the Company’s business. Since joining Kratos, DeMarco has been instrumental in leading the Company’s transformation strategy through operational restructuring and business divestiture. DeMarco has also been the driving force behind the Company’s growth in the federal government and security markets through a number of strategic acquisitions and internal growth.

"Prior to joining Kratos, Mr. DeMarco most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Titan Corporation. At Titan, DeMarco was directly responsible for all operational and financial activities which included direct oversight of the company’s seven operating segments. Under his leadership, the Company grew to realize an annualized revenue and cash flow run rate of $1.5 billion and $115 million respectively, with a backlog of over $4 billion. Mr. DeMarco’s efforts were instrumental in creating one of the ten largest government information technology companies in the United States, and the largest “pure play” publicly traded government IT companies, with over 11,000 employees.

"Over the course of his six years at Titan, Mr. DeMarco served in a variety of roles which, in addition to President and CEO, included: Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During this six years period, DeMarco was responsible for raising approximately $1.0 billion in equity and debt financing and was also responsible for acquiring and integrating over 20 synergistic businesses focused on the federal government information and communication technology market.

"Before Titan, Mr. DeMarco served in a variety of public accounting positions primarily focusing on large multinational corporations, including a number of corporations focused on work with the Department of Defense, and publicly traded companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of New Hampshire." [1]
