Biography

Fran DuMelle was spokeswoman for the Coalition on Smoking OR Health in 1994 (WSJ 5/13/94). DuMelle was also a member of the American Lung Association in 1994 and received cc of David Kessler's 2/25/94 letter on the Coalition on Smoking OR Health.
