Frank Gilmour, 50, was born and raised in Kirkwood, Missouri. In 1982 he married his high school sweetheart, Rita. For the past 23 years they have lived in Manchester, Missouri. Frank and Rita have two children: Nicole, 14 and Christopher, 20.

In 2000, Frank ended a 26 year career that culminated in overseeing equipment maintenance and repairs for the "parent company" to start his own business, Professional Equipment Mobile Maintenance L.L.C. Being a small business owner for the past 6 years, Frank is familiar first-hand with the government interference and red tape that burdens entrepreneurs.

Frank's philosophy is one of tolerance, diversity and freedom: "What you do is none of my business until you impose it on me." He promises to bring these true Missouri values to back to Washington.

Frank emphasizes that Congress is supposed to represent the people, and that he is a man of the people: "I am an American who has paid taxes and followed the rules all my life. I believe that the people of this country are tired of the lies and deception that politicians of the two main parties have imposed on us over the years, and it is time for a change!

"Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost." - John Quincy Adams
