Gabrielle K. McDonald

"A former U.S. District Judge, noted civil rights attorney and professor of jurisprudence, Judge McDonald served for six years as a Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, The Netherlands and was President of the Tribunal from 1997 until 1999. Judge McDonald received her law degree from Howard University School of Law, completing the program as the top student in her class. She is presently a judge in the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, The Hague, The Netherlands and Special Counsel on Human Rights to Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., along with serving as an Advisory Director of McMoRan Exploration Co."
