Gilbert Khadiagala "is associate professor of African Studies and acting director of the African Studies Program. He is the author of Allies in Adversity: The Frontline States in Southern African Security; Mediating Civil Wars in Eastern Africa (forthcoming); and African Foreign Policies: Power and Process (co-edited). Khadiagala is a professorial lecturer at the University of Nairobi and Kent State University, and received his Ph.D. from SAIS. He has taught Comparative National Systems. Professor Khadiagala teaches Ideas in Development as well as co-teach Corruption in Developing and Transition Countries.“ [1]
