Biographical Information

"Graham Bann leads the Talent & Skills agenda for Business in the Community and is responsible for developing the new Talent & Skills Leadership Team. Graham joined BITC in 1989 and has held a number of posts, including Director of Communications, Membership Services and London Director. Graham founded Race for Opportunity and the Local Investment Fund and established the Cares movement across the UK. More recently he has been responsible for building the Business Action on Skills Campaign and supported the development of Business Action on Health.

Graham is the founder and Chair of the London Charity, ITEC, which provides employment training for young people from disadvantaged communities. He also sits on the Board for the Employers Forum on Disability." [1]
