Biographical Information
Gregory B. Penner has been a member of the Hyatt Hotels "board of directors since August 2007. Mr. Penner has been a General Partner at Madrone Capital Partners, LLC, an investment management firm, since 2005. From 2002 to 2005, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wal-Mart Japan, and he serves as a Director of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Baidu, Inc., Castleton Commodities International LLC and eHarmony.com, Inc. He has previously served as Director of The Seiyu, Ltd., from 2003 to 2008. Prior to joining Wal-Mart, Mr. Penner was a Manager at Peninsula Capital, an early stage venture capital fund and a financial analyst for Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Penner is a Class of 2015 director."[1]
