HDMK is a new public relations firm named for the firm's partners and founders, Republican "communications veterans" Terry Holt, Trent Duffy, Jim Morrell and Chad Kolton, The Politico reported October 22, 2007.[1]

Holt is a former spokesman for Rep. John A. Boehner (R-Ohio); Duffy served most recenlty as a deputy press secretary under President George W. Bush; Morrell was deputy chief of staff to the House Republican Conference and a speechwriter for former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.); and Kolton "led the public affairs department for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and for the Federal Emergency Management Agency."[1]

Clients

"Initial clients for the firm include including America's Health Insurance Plans, the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association and the Real Estate Roundtable. Recent clients of Holt, who was also the national campaign spokesperson for George W. Bush in the 2004 election, also include the labor-backed group Wal-Mart Watch," PR Watch reported October 24, 2007.[2]
