University of Georgia Professor Emeritus R. Harold Brown is an Adjunct Scholar with the Georgia Public Policy Foundation, a Georgia-based think tank.

In March 2009 he wrote a column extolling the virtues of the Heartland Institute's International Conference on Climate Change (2009). The biographical note stated that the column was part of the Georgia Public Policy Foundation's Climate Change Education Project.[1]
