Harvey Rubin

Dr. Harvey Rubin "is the Director of the Institute for Strategic Threat Analysis and Response at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974 and his MD from Columbia University in 1976. Dr. Rubin is a leading expert on infectious diseases. Since 2005, he has been co-chair of the City of Philadelphia's Emergency Preparedness Review Committee and is a member of the American National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity. Dr. Rubin serves as the representative from the University of Pennsylvania to the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation and Political Violence (ICSR)." [1]
