Biographical Information

"Mr. Henri Proglio has been the Chief Executive Officer of Electricite de France SA since November 25, 2009 and has been its Chairman of the Board since November 25, 2009. Mr. Proglio serves as the Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Environmental Services LLC at Veolia ES Industrial Services, Inc. He serves as the President of Onyx Asia Holdings.
