Ilan Gewurz "is a management consultant and attorney focusing in the area of negotiations, conflict resolution and organizational change management. He specializes in the role of mindsets and behaviors in the process of negotiations, as well as organizational and cultural transformation. He has designed and delivered executive trainings around the world focusing on leadership development, effective communication and negotiations. Mr. Gewurz currently works in real-estate development and urban planning. He spent three and a half years with McKinsey & Company where he specialized in organizational change. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Mr. Gewurz worked at the Alternative Dispute Resolution program in the 9th Circuit federal court in Northern California where he helped train court-appointed mediators. He has facilitated cross-cultural dialogue groups, including Israeli-Palestinian dialogue groups as well as Israel-Jewish Diaspora group. Mr. Gewurz holds a J.D. in law from Stanford University Law School where he specialized in alternative dispute resolution; an M.Sc. in International Relations with a focus on cross-cultural dialogue from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University.
