"Each year since 2002, IRC-UK has hosted a public lecture to mark World Refugee Week in the UK. Previous speakers have included Antonio Guterres, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Dambisa Moyo and Lord Malloch-Brown." In 2010 the invited speaker was Ashraf Ghani. [3]
