Biographical Information

"Mr. Glasenberg worked in the coal department of Glencore in South Africa for three years and in Australia for two years. From 1989 to 1990, he managed Glencore International’s Hong Kong and Beijing offices. In 1991 he became Head of Glencore’s Coal Department and in 2002 Chief Executive Officer of Glencore International.
