The Izaak Walton League is a non-profit conservation group that was formed in 1922. The League has grown to a grassroots network of 40,000 members and nearly 300 local chapters nationwide. The group's goals include restoring watersheds, reducing air pollution, fighting litter, protecting wildlife habitat and open spaces, and promoting conservation ethics.
