J. Brinley Lewis is President of The Anne Frenette Co. LLC, a Washington, DC events marketing company.

For ten years, Mr. Lewis served as a Corporate Vice President of Eagle Publishing, Inc. and President of EBC, Inc. division of the company.

Between 1999-2002 Lewis served as the National Director of the National Conservative Campaign Fund, a political action committee established in 1999 to support the campaigns of conservative candidates for Congress. "There is no lack of good conservative candidates. There may be a lack of sufficient support for conservative candidates, and we hope to fill that gap by alerting people about who those candidates are so conservatives will give us the money to send where it will do the most good -- such as in the swing races where, otherwise, contributors might not know to write a check for a particular candidate. It is very important that we have able people out there presenting the conservative point of view, explaining the conservative message, preventing the liberals from defining the terms of the debate and establishing conservative issues as those on which the campaigns will be fought," he said.[1] Lewis contributed $200 to the NCCF in October 2000. Prior to Eagle, Mr. Lewis served as Managing Director of Time Life Ventures exploring new business opportunities for Time Life, Inc. He also spent a number of years managing all aspects of their direct mail, print advertising, alternative media promotions and the list management for all three divisions of the company.

Mr. Lewis started his career in New York City where he was Vice President, Associate Media Director of Grey Advertising and a Senior Media Planner at Wunderman Worldwide. His accounts included IBM, Pepsi, Time Life, CBS Video Club, General Miles Creative Dining Group and Humana Hospitals.

In 1984 Mr. Lewis was a member of the "Tuesday Team", the ad hoc advertsing agency for the Reagan-Bush '84 campaign.
