Bush, and also in the 1980, 1984, 1988, and 1992 Republican presidential campaigns. He has been a columnist for Newsday since 1993. He is the author of What Comes Next: The End of Big Government--And the New Paradigm Ahead. His pro change remarks in a USA Today editorial on the Posse Comitatus Act appear contradictory to the title of his book.
