James Wootton

James Wootton is president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform. According to the group's website, the Institute works to "reform the federal and state civil justice system to reduce frivolous, wasteful, and excessive litigation."[1] The Chamber is taking a lead role in advocating so-called tort reform.
