John A. O'Donnell is a lobbyist with Xcel Energy, a U.S. power utility.

Climate change lobbying

Xcel Energy spent $2.42 million on its in-house lobbying work in 2008. A further $990,000 was spent in the first half of 2009.[1] Its sole registered lobbyist was O'Donnell.[2]
