Kathryn Dickey Karol "is Assistant Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Eli Lilly and Company where she is responsible for worldwide government relations and public relations. Prior to joining Eli Lilly and Company, Ms. Karol served as the Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe and the New Independent States and as key spokesperson with U.S. Embassies and several international government organizations for the International Republican Institute. She has held various other positions in the U.S. government agencies of Treasury and the Central Intelligence Agency." [1]
