Kenneth A. May (died in 2010)

"Ken served as President and Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services, Inc. (a/k/a, FedEx Kinkos Limited/FedEx Kinko's/ FedEx Office), a subsidiary of FedEx Corporation from January 2006 to March 31, 2008 and also served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since August 2004. Mr. May oversaw day-to-day management of FedEx Corporation's worldwide performance. He was responsible for FedEx Kinko's strategic direction, product and service vision, as well as growth and development. Mr. May joined FedEx in 1982, where he served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations from 2000 to 2004 and also served as a Manager in Memphis Super Hub. He has 25 years of experience. He served as an Executive Board Member and Vice President at large for the American Trucking Association. During his tenure with FedEx, Mr. May held various domestic and international senior management level positions responsible for operations and strategic planning and development. Mr. May serves as Chairman and Director of Bidtopia LLC. He serves as Vice Chairman and a Board Member of Youth Villages and is the WalkAmerica 2006 Chair in Dallas. Mr. May has been a Director of PF Chang's China Bistro Inc. since May 2007. He has been on the National Board of Trustees for the March of Dimes since June 2004. He serves on the Board of Directors of Greystone Medical Group. He serves on the University of Tennessee Business School Advisory Board. Mr. May was a Member of the Board of Directors and General Campaign Chairman for the United Way of the Mid-South. He is a Member of the Dallas CEO Roundtable and the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). Mr. May earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and an MBA from the University of Tennessee." [1]
