LTD Group is a firm which was founded in May 2006 by former Duke Energy in-house lobbyist, Michael Haywood. Between April 2001 and May 2006 Haywood was the Director of Federal Affairs with Duke Energy. A biographical note states that he "represented the company before Congress on Energy, Tax, Trade and Environmental issues." In May 2006 he founded the LTD Group, which a biographical note states "a number of energy and utility clients before Congress."[1]
