Laurence Tribe is the Carl M. Loeb University Professor at Harvard Law School he has recieved $435 000 by Peabody Energy to lead its opposition to the Obama administration’s signature climate-change initiative [2] Tribe has also helped American Trucking Associations and the Petroleum Marketers Association of America fight common-law claims related to global warming. [3]

Tribe was quoted by Donald Trump in his attacks on Ted Cruz's citizenship in his presidential run.[4]
