"On the last day of 2004, records show, Legislative Education Action Drive made loans totaling about $530,000 to four other Rich organizations: LEAD Foundation ($255,000), Americans for Limited Government ($100,000), Americans for Limited Government Foundation ($159,678), and U.S. Term Limits ($20,000).
Howard Rich "is the chairman of LEAD Foundation (which has since been renamed Parents in Charge Foundation), the chairman of Americans for Limited Government and a director of its affiliated foundation, and the founder and president of U.S. Term Limits." [1]

- National Taxpayers Union - $620,000
- Patrick M. Byrne - $450,000 - he is the chairman and chief executive officer of Overstock.com and founder of First Class Education
- Jeffrey Yass - $225,000 - a co-founder and managing director of Susquehanna International Group
- American Education Reform Foundation - $36,500
- Eric Brooks - $25,000 - a co-founder and former managing director of Susquehanna International Group and a director of the Decision Education Foundation
