Biography
Dr. Breslow is a Professor and Dean Emeritus at the UCLA School of Public Health. He is also board certified in internal medicine, toxicology, clinical pharmacology, and preventive medicine. He has had a distinguished career in public health, academics, and preventive medicine. (State of Florida's Proposed Plaintiff's Disclosure of Expert Witnesses, 2/5/97) He has knowledge of the prevalence of smoking and incidence of disease including cancer, the Surgeon General Reports, and activities of the tobacco companies and policy development.
