Lorraine McHugh-Wytkind is the founder of LMW Strategies, a Bethesda (Maryland) based public relations firm.

In March 2007 O'Dwyers PR Services Report describes McHugh-Wytkind as having worked as "communications director for Sen. Hillary Clinton who held PA posts during the Clinton Administration in the White House, and later at the Food and Drug Administration under Secretary Donna Shalala." [1] (sub req'd.)
