Lowell Wood is a Marshall Institute "Roundtable speaker", and is affiliated with Nathan Myhrvold's company Intellectual Ventures. He has been a physicist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and is a Visiting Fellow of the Hoover Institution.[1]
